1:1 Virtual Consults & Package booking

• New patients will be required to prepay their Initial Consult or the package cost. If the patient fails to attend their appointment, cancels or reschedules within 24hrs of their scheduled consult, this payment will not be refunded.
• Patients will no longer be considered scheduled and confirmed until payment for the initial consultation or package has been received and processed by our financial institutions.
• Note that new patients are expected to complete their online paperwork at least 24hr prior to their scheduled appointment to allow ample time for our review. If paperwork is not completed within this time, the patient will need to be rescheduled and is subject to a $50 fee for rescheduling and the full cost of the visit. 
• Follow up appointments if canceled or rescheduled within 24hrs are subject to a $50 fee and the full cost of the visit. This must be paid prior to rescheduling with our practice. 
• All payments are non-refundable. 
• Due to the volume of new and returning patients booking, we cannot guarantee the time you select will be available. If this occurs, you will be promptly emailed and another date and time will be offered.
