Do you offer a free consultation?

At Rendernatural Wellness we offer a 15 min complimentary holistic strategy consult that allows you to meet with the provider, discuss your health and wellness concerns to ensure that your needs will be met. This is not a medical visit. This visit does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. As of April 1st, 2023 we now require a deposit due the volume of cancelations since the start of the new year. You are asked to provide a credit card upon your decision to book your first appointment whether it be for individual consults or a package. If you cancel twice for the complimentary holistic strategy consult you will not be able to schedule for 6 months. 

Do you offer virtual consultation?

Yes we offer virtual and in-office consultations for our Arizona-based patients. Rendernatural Wellness serves patients in Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale, Gilbert, San Tan, Queen Creek, Chandler, Phoenix and surrounding neighborhood. 

Medical visits

Dr. Daisey Anglow is an Arizona licensed Naturopathic Doctor. Dr Anglow can order labs, prescriptions for patients in Arizona only. We are not at this time offering at your home concierge services. Please inquire more about how virtual wellness can support your health goals. 

How long are the visits?

The initial consultations are between 45 and 60 min.  Some consults may end earlier than the set time. We ask that you set time accordingly. Follow ups vary from 15 min to 30 min depending on the reason of the visit.

What is the cost of the visit?

Costs of the visits depend on the visit type. Please reach out if you want to work with us but need to discuss a payment plan. Prices are subject to change and notifications are on the website and patient portal.

Do I have to pay for each new time we set up a call?

Not necessarily. Those who have purchased the packages have their visits pre-paid depending on the package choice. Most visits that you request or your provider may request to discuss your needs will be at cost. If a visit is complimentary, your provider will notify you in writing in an email communication prior to booking your visit. We do not charge for emails or text messages at this time. However, if an email concerns requires a sit down consult, your will be asked to pay for the visit at cost. 

What is the cost of the labs?

Lab cost vary depending on the lab ordered. Some specialty labs can be up to $300 or as low as $25 depending on what labs are ordered. Cards, HSA/FSA, Payment plans are available. 

Do you take insurance?

At Rendernatural Wellness we do not take insurance. You are expected to pay for the full cost of the visit prior to your appointment time. You may use your HSA/FSA funds but every plan is different. For our Arizona clientele, ask your insurance plans if they cover out of network providers and if they will accept a superbill receipt.
