You will be charged 100% of services if the appointment is cancelled in less than 48 hours before your appointment time, or you decide to no-show. If intake forms are not completed prior to your appointment time, you will be asked to reschedule and charged a late cancellation fee which must be paid prior to rescheduling a new appointment time.
